SHIPPING
When purchasing artwork from this site we won't charge you for delivery.. yep you heard correctly.. FREE DELIVERY! The painting you buy will be packed with loving care and sturdy materials! We'll post it using a secure service to guarantee you receive your artwork safely. We are sure that you'll receive the piece within 2 weeks of placing your order but if it takes a tad longer please bear with us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers are reminded that they are entitled to a full refund on cancellation even though there may be nothing wrong with the artwork. Customers must inform us by email within 7 days of receiving the piece. All artwork must be returned in it's original condition in all the secure packaging. Further information on this will be at hand once you've emailed us. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 28 days of the day you gave notice of your cancellation. We reserve the right to withhold a refund or exchange if any items are returned to us that are deemed unfit for resale.
RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) you are entitled to return any or all of your artwork to us for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must reach us no more than 14 days from the date you received your order to qualify for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept responsibility for any items in the postal service until they have reached us. We reserve the right to withhold a refund or exchange if any artwork is returned to us that is deemed unfit for resale. Please note that refunds for artwork bought as a gift for someone else can only be given to the original payer. If you have any problems please keep a copy of your receipt/COA and quote your order reference on any correspondence. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in the product being returned to you without refund.
PRIVACY POLICY
All the information you provide to us including your email address, delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. We acknowledge that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. We do not share any personal information with any third parties. We don't send out newsletters. If you wish your details that we have of yours to be deleted please contact us.
